Our Services

We provide both Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less-than-Truck Load (LTL / Groupage) services from Europe, Turkey, Ukraine, and China to Georgia. Our operations are based on stable transit schemes, reliable partners, and continuous quality control.

Groupage shipments from Europe are one of Vengo Group’s core services. Consolidation takes place at our German hub, after which cargo is delivered directly to Vengo Group’s own warehouse in Tbilisi (Hualing area).

We offer sea freight services from China to Georgia, including both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL). We work with trusted international agents and ensure flexible transit conditions and full process coordination.

We provide container rail transportation from China and other international routes. Services are available for both FCL and LCL shipments, offering an optimal balance between cost and transit time.

We provide air freight services from Europe and China to Georgia, especially for urgent and high-value cargo. The service is characterized by fast response times, short transit durations, and flexible pricing.

Vengo Group operates over 10,000 m² of bonded and non-bonded warehouse space in Tbilisi (Hualing area). We offer consolidation, deconsolidation, temporary storage, cross-docking, and domestic distribution within a structured and integrated process.

We provide full support in customs procedures, including brokerage services, documentation preparation, and operational coordination. Our goal is to ensure smooth and timely cargo clearance at every stage.

We provide inland container transportation to and from ports using Vengo Group’s own fleet of container trucks. Our service is based on well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Freight forwarding is the full organization and management of cargo transportation from the shipper to the final consignee. It is not just about finding a truck - it includes planning, partner coordination, documentation management, risk control, and continuous communication through a single point of contact.
The cost of logistics services depends on several key factors:
→ Route and destination
→ Type, weight, and volume of cargo
→ Mode of transportation (FTL, LTL, Sea, Air, Rail)
→ Seasonality and market conditions
→ Customs procedures and additional services
Each shipment is priced individually to ensure the best balance between cost and transit time.
Typically, the required documents include an invoice, packing list, and a transport document (CMR, Bill of Lading, or Air Waybill). The exact list depends on the cargo type, route, and Incoterms. We also provide full support in document preparation when needed.
Incoterms define responsibilities for transportation, costs, and risks at each stage of the shipment. Incorrect selection may result in additional costs or customs delays. We help clients choose the most suitable Incoterms based on their operational needs.
Transit time depends on the route, mode of transport, and customs procedures. For example:
→ Road transport from Turkey usually takes a few days
→ LTL shipments from Europe require more time due to consolidation
→ Air freight is the fastest, but more expensive option
Exact timelines are defined at the quotation stage.
